So, Mondays, when I am feeling organized, which most times I am not, but when I am feeling that organization, Mondays will be my WTF? days.

Here are some WTF? or Eyeww, or "isn’t that innerestin’" things that show up on my Google Page a "useless facts." Feel free to add your own in the comments section, if you so desire.

Healthy Living Tip of the Day: Low-Fat and No-Fat can sometimes sabotage your healthy eating diet. There are "good fats" out there, and as well Fats can satiate you; everyone needs a little treat sometimes! — same goes with Real Sugar vs "fake sugar" – somehow your body knows when you are cheating it and it will nag you until it gets what it wants so that many times you end up eating the "No Fat/No Sugar" item AND the Fat/Sugar item as well. Moderation and portion control are key.
