Wow, Wow, and Wow! So you are a photographer, too. Your talent never ceases to amaze me! Love your books and now I am taken with your photography! I know you must live close to me in Maggie because I see much the same scenes in my paradise here on the mountain. :)

Just wonderful. The butterfly is my favorite.
He was quite patient with me :-D
Wish, wish, wishing I was that sweet little bird in the top photo, if only for a moment, so that I might sweep out over that misty mountain.
Beautiful as always *sighing.*
I sometimes have that wish to — to be a bird and see so much at once – fly over and out and beyond . . .
Beautiful, and I bet it’s cooler there! Not so much here but I will never complain about the heat. Now if it’s snow and freezing temps…I will COMPLAIN! Love Oklahoma in the summer!
P.S. Sunday and Monday they predict 111 degrees! May have to rethink the previous statement!
Hi Kat .. lovely photos – no words needed … just looks so homely .. enjoy the summer sun and raindrops there .. cheers Hilary
*smiling warmly at you*
Bee-yoo-ti-ful. What did you have to do to get the underside of a milkweed (I think)? What kind of camera and lens have you got?
I have a Nikon 5100 and used the regular 18-55 lens :-D
That plant was tall – like a lot of our plants can be – tall and huge and prehistoric :D
